酒店位置好，就在地鐵口，入住當天下午有人聯繫到店時間指導路線，前台服務很熱情細緻，沐之晴服務熱心，入住有奉茶，提供深夜粥很暖心，房間乾淨，設計感好，溫度很合適，早餐品種一般，但是比較精緻。房間隔音加強就更好了。

設施：和網上照片一致。 衞生：比較乾淨，每天打掃衞生。 環境：商務樓裡面，第一次不好找，可以電話前台，馬上有人接，離地鐵站比較近，換乘方便。樓下有711，羅森，不過國慶期間都沒開。 服務：很好，一有問題馬上處理，淋浴房沒有塑料拖鞋，不過馬上提供多一張防滑墊。 早餐出乎意料，居然什麼都有，挺不錯的。小盆友很喜歡。窗簾厚實遮陽效果好，適合睡眠不好的人。下次還願意再次入住。房間打掃發現遺漏的東西，也馬上電話主動聯繫。是一次滿意的入住體驗。小冰箱每天都是有免費飲料，礦泉水，小餅乾，小餅乾還不錯，不甜。

位置交通方便，離地鐵站走路就三四分鐘，坐地鐵到上海中心大廈周邊很方便，打卡了地標建築，也品嚐了地道的上海菜。房間空間大，衞生乾淨，洗衣房和健身房使用方便。 前台槿妡服務很好，給升級了房型。早餐種類多，小孩子很喜歡。

首先，戶型是小的，這是上海陸家嘴。比不得杭州。 其次，酒店人員態度是超好。國慶期間送手鍊，也會幫用戶提供比價服務，前台工作人員確實不錯。 再次，深夜粥道: 這個東西呢，我是好奇這個才定的這裡。廣東生活會有宵夜習慣，早餐酒店定了，早餐還可以。晚餐如果有個粥會省去我再尋找一餐的麻煩。 但無人告知我有，在哪裡領。沒有，是因為什麼。 所以，這個特色，是什麼呢？標題嗎？

The least favorite atour hotel. The building is old, even though the interior design does a good job covering the passage of time. The service isn't that great either, I had constant problem getting packages delivered to my room, whereas it worked very smoothly everywhere else. There are also some really nasty stains on the carpets within hallways that immediately lower your mood upon getting out of the elevator.

Hygiene: poor. linen- old and dull, the floor board in the room were peeled, very old and looks dirty. everything inside the room seem to be old and grey. Bathroom: the pro is shower and toilet is separated. However, the shower was terrible, the handle of the shower is not in the usual position on top of your head. it is mounted above the waist area on the wall and you will need to pull the shower head and the shower hose out all the time, as it will automatically moves back to the shower holder every second. Not to mentioned the shower floor, it's really slippery, the anti slipped mat was yellow to almost brown which i did not dare to touch. what really upset me was the house keeping, the house keeping ladies are very friendly. However, their hygiene standard is really worrying. Also some would knocked on our door at 9am in the morning asking of they can clean our room even when we put do not disturbed. One time she knocked and we told her we don't need her to clean anything just empty the rubbish bins. After emptying the bins, she asked to replace the towel, we told her we need to work. very soon after she knocked again saying she wants to give us water and toilet tissue and reminded us x2 that she won't come back to clean the room. I just feel very disturbed. What I find it gross was one time when they lady came to clean our room, she will first empty the bins in the room and toilet, grab all dirty linen, get her toilet brush to clean the toilet. Then she'll grab the new linens to change your bed sheet without washing her hands. she would touch everywhere without washing her hands eg water bottle, wall, lights.
